1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the poko platform and all services operated under it. By using the portal, registering an account, or taking part in any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed and their balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account at poko, the required details must be filled in accurately. Information such as name, mobile number, date of birth, and email address must be genuine. Registering with false information will result in the permanent closure of the account and any funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Password and Login Security

Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. Login details should not be shared with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the poko support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification may be mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount or to access the full features of the account. Verification may be required through a national identity card or passport. This process is carried out for the user's own security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits at poko can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits are generally processed quickly, though occasional short delays may occur due to technical reasons.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile wallet account used for the deposit or one that has been verified with the account. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals.

4.3 Fraud and Suspicious Transactions

poko monitors all suspicious financial activity. If evidence of fraud or manipulation is found, the account will be suspended immediately, an investigation will be launched, and the associated funds may be held.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at poko can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a balance of ৳2,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning ৳25,000 in bets must be placed on a ৳1,000 bonus before the winnings from it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

poko runs various promotions on a regular basis. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements. Notable promotions include:

The minimum deposit for each bonus is ৳300. Bonus funds are not paid out as direct cash — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements are completed.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If the same person attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, multiple family members, or the same device, this will be treated as bonus abuse and all associated bonuses will be cancelled.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

poko's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — a fixed percentage of the total net losses for the week is returned:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: as a Silver member, if your net loss in a week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Moving up to the next tier depends on your gaming activity and engagement with the programme — no fixed turnover threshold is set.

Cashback is credited directly to the account and can be used in any game of the user's choice.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games at poko are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that the outcome of every game is completely independent and random. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers and hosted on platforms from world-class software providers.

7.2 Cheating Prohibited

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting software errors, bugs, or any other method will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds. This is treated as a serious violation.

10.2 Closure by poko

poko may close an account without notice in the following cases:

12.1 Force Majeure

poko will not be held liable for service interruptions or delays caused by natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, or any event beyond poko's control.

13 Changes to Terms

poko reserves the right to change any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be informed as early as reasonably possible when significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's own responsibility to check this page regularly.

14 Terms of Mobile App Use

poko's Android APK and iOS app are available through official channels. These same Terms apply to use of the app. Downloading and using the app from unauthorised sources creates security risks, and poko will not be liable for any losses in such cases.

The same rules that apply to the website also apply to any transaction, bet, or gaming activity carried out through the app.

15 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If both the user and poko are genuinely willing to resolve the issue, most disputes can be settled through dialogue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which poko is registered. If both parties cannot agree on a resolution, the jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country will apply.

15.1 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the primary version. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali text will take precedence.
